Is it Luxembourg?
Luxembourg is the only place that I remember hearing the words "grand duchy".
Of course it's Luxembourg. The only officially recognized Grand Duchy left in the world...it has been so since 1815 when King Willy I was in power. I didn't know this...I read it on Wikipedia...
